tylenol, extra strength tylenol, sudafed, robitussin ac or dm, chlor-trimetron, sucrets and halls cough drops. a vaporizer may be used…also dayquil…BUT NOT NYQUIL! and plenty of rest! this is the list of stuff fom my dr office! hope you feel better fast!
sudafed is safe, but as far as natural remedies…things like ginger tea w/ honey is supposed to work.
Zyrtec, benadryl, and Tylenol are all safe to take.
When I was pregnant and feeling sick, I drank hot water with lemon and honey. It always made me feel better.
