Very difficult to tell the difference. Check her teats. If the nipple is enlarged then she is probably pregnant. But some false pregnancies have all of the symptoms and the only way you know is after 70 days from breeding you don’t have any kittens, she isn’t pregnant. Good luck.
It’s very difficult to tell, they are pretty much the same. Get your cat spayed and you won’t have to worry about it.

The only difference is that in 63-65 days she will have kittens. A false pregnancy can have all signs of a real one including milk production.
