I like “baby ganics” and Simple Green naturals! They are non-toxic. I get the baby ganics at babies r us. You should just look for something at Wal Mart I heard they started their own “natural, organic” line so I’m pretty sure those are safe.
If your going to use anything like lysol or bleahc wear gloves and make sure the place is super ventilated. I use the clorox wipes, the ones that already have the stuff on them and are in the container and I don't use any of them for extended period of time. Otherwise I stick to natural cleaners.
my doctor said almost everything is safe as long as you have plenty of ventilation and you don’t live in the fumes. if you smell too many fumes and you become weak or dizzy or faint or anything like that. that is when the baby would be affected. as long as you don’t use any cleaners that strong or that much you are fine. and keep that window open!
Household cleaners really aren't going to bother you. Always keep a window open to vent. Also use a rag, not paper towels and just try not to get your fingers soaked in cleaner. DO NOT clean your oven with that EASY OFF cleaner because the fumes are awful and even with a window open it makes me choke. I experienced this before pregnancy. If you want to use the new organic cleaners, there is a new line out called Greenworks. I use their dishwashing liquid and it is really good. They have other cleaners to though. Regular cleaners really won't harm you though. Good luck!
BTW you are due a week before me. I am due on the 13th =)
It’s more important to avoid anything with aspartame in it xxx warning xxx, food stuff that is, Avoid painting and decorating as fume can harm child. avoid furniture wax aerosol. and of course hair spray. Want a good safe oven cleaner see http://www.granitepolish.co.uk

Greenworks actually is not organic. It’s a natural cleaner made by Clorox, and I have not been impressed with the results. The only truly organic cleaner I’ve found on the market is one called Greenology. This product actually has the USDA Organic seal on it.
