  1. Use the Bloat tool in the liquify filter. Be sure to use the freeze mask to preserve the areas you don’t want to have bloated.

  2. I must say, you should visit Dezinews for your all web design needs:

  3. What you are asking is one of the more advanced skills in photoshop and will take some practice to perfect. You will actually be cloning/painting in photoshop.

You will also need reference, a couple of similar sized images of pregnant women in similar poses
There are two things that you can do 1 is photoshop the head of the actress onto the body of the pregnant women. Or do what you want and recreate the belly. The first choice id the easiest.

For the head photoshop onto the body

Step 1 Working with the pregnant image Select>select all and Edit>copy and paste (you will have a new layer of the pregnant woman.
Step 2 Open your star image (it needs to be a similar size and pixels) Use a selection tool to select the head (select tool is near the top of the tools pallet) Or use the quick mask at the bottom. Be carful to select all the detail around the edge. You will be able to clean it up after.
Step 3 Edit> copy and paste into the pregnant image.
Step 4 Make the head layer 50 percent transparent then Select the head on the layer with a rectangle selection tool and use Edit > free transform to move and size the head into the proper place.
Step 5 When the head is in place turn the transparency back to opaque and go to Image > adjustments > match colour Or use the hue and saturation tool to make the heads color as close to the body colour as possible
Step 6 Use the clone tool it is the 9th tool down and the smudge tool to blend the head into the body.
    * when using the clone tool select source by using the option key and then it will use that area to paint with the pixels selected.

Step 7 Clean up head with eraser
Step 8 Save as PSD, name file Do not overwrite this image so you can go back an work with it later.
Step 9 Image > Flatten , do any final adjustments, Image>Adjusments> curves, brightnesss and contrast, colour balance…..and so on .
Step 10 Save as Jpeg, give new name.

Here is how to make the belly on the actress

Step 1 Working with the actress image Select>select all and Edit>copy and paste (you will have a new layer of the actress
Step 2 Open your Pregnant image so you have the belly shape for reference. You can select the belly and Edit> copy and paste into the star image and use it as direct refrence but this is not necessary
    Step 3 Layer>new layer
Step 4 Draw a belly shape on the new layer with the lasso selection tool and Select > save selection so you can load it any time you need it.
Step 5 Now the hard part, With the clone tool sample off the short and jeans. or dress you need to turn on sample all layers at the top of the window. This will be hard and time consuming. You will have to be patient. Work with larger brushes first then smaller ones. You are basically using the texture off of the thin model and adding it to the belly * when using the clone tool select source by using the option key and then it will use that area to paint with the pixels selected.

    Step 6 take your time.
Step 7 Use the dodge and burn tool to help shade / give volume to the belly, take your time again.

The second method will take time to practice. be patient.
